No, All bath and beauty products are non-returnable due to their nature. When the material leaves our facility and returns, we can no longer guarantee its purity, so it cannot be sold again. These returns effect small business costs and also have an impact on the environment.

What if the product is not opened and I change my mind can I return it and get a refund?

In case of a problem with your order, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours after receiving it. If the return is qualified we will provide a Return Authorization Number and a refund will be issued when we recieve the package.

Any authorised returns are the sole responsilbility of the buyer to pay for the return shipping fees.

Sometimes we might get something and not be fond of the scent or whatever the reason. We suggest you gift the product to your girfriend, or gift it to someone in need of a lift! It saves the return fees and the enviromental impact on the extra shipping.
