Returns, Refunds & Store Credit
We hope you love your Groovy Moon products as much as we love making them. Because our lotions, body oils, remedies and aromatic products are handcrafted in small batches and are personal-care items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
Please read product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. Personal preferences—including scent, texture or a change of mind—are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange.
When a product simply isn’t the right fit for you, we encourage you to pass it along unopened to a friend or someone you think may enjoy it. It saves unnecessary shipping and waste while sharing a little joy.
Store Credit
We do not issue refunds to the original method of payment.
If you contact us with a genuine concern about your purchase, we may offer store credit at our discretion. Any store credit will apply to the product purchase price only and will not include original shipping fees, delivery charges or any other shipping-related costs.
Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at jill@groovymoon.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and its packaging
Once we have reviewed the information, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, store credit or other remedy, as required. Please do not mail a product back unless we have provided return instructions.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable and are not included in store credit.
If we authorize a product to be mailed back, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged, defective or sent incorrectly.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged while being returned without prior authorization.
Sale and Promotional Items
Sale, clearance, discounted and promotional items are final sale. They are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered processing or production. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer-protection laws.
