Returns
We hope that you love our products as much as we do! All of our lotions and remedies are made using a small batch process. We don't take returns. We believe that if you aren't satisfied then you might have a friend or someone you know who would love to enjoy it. Then gift it to them. This saves alll the return costs, the planet and brings joy to someone else
Refunds (if applicable)
We will give you a refund if you need one, however in 10 yrs in business we have only needed to give a refund a few times. Put a smile on our face and gift a girlfriend.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
