By visiting our website, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referenced within them. Please read them carefully before using the website.

Groovy Moon products are handcrafted in small batches. Natural ingredients may vary slightly in colour, aroma, texture or appearance from one batch to another. These natural variations do not necessarily indicate that a product is damaged or defective.

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, colours and product appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, lighting and display settings.

Product photographs are provided for illustration. Packaging, labels, ingredients or product presentation may occasionally be updated without notice, provided the product remains materially consistent with its description.

3. Personal Sensitivities and Product Use

Our products contain natural ingredients, botanical oils, essential oils, fragrances or other ingredients that may not be suitable for every person.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

After an order is placed, you may receive an automated confirmation acknowledging that we received it. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Pricing or product-information errors
• Shipping or import restrictions
• Safety concerns
• Orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale
• Inability to verify payment or delivery information

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will return the applicable amount to the original payment method, except where another remedy is permitted or agreed upon.

Products purchased through the website are intended for personal use unless a separate wholesale or resale agreement has been approved by Groovy Moon.

6. Prices, Payments and Billing Information

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website or at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown at checkout where available.

International orders may be subject to currency-conversion charges, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges or customs fees that are not collected by Groovy Moon.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, payment and shipping information when placing an order.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical, technical or other error, we may correct the error and cancel or adjust the affected order. We will contact you when an additional payment or material order change would be required.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is governed by our separately posted Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Groovy Moon is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, postal disruptions, weather, border inspections, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers ordering internationally are responsible for confirming that the products may legally be imported into their destination.

We may decline or cancel an order when a carrier, customs authority, law or regulation prevents us from shipping a product to the selected destination.

8. Final Sales, Store Credit and Damaged Products

Purchases are governed by our separately posted Returns, Refunds & Store Credit Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Because our products are handcrafted personal-care items, we do not accept returns for change of mind, scent preference, texture preference or other personal preferences.

We do not generally issue refunds to the original payment method. When appropriate, we may offer store credit in accordance with our posted policy.

Original shipping fees, delivery charges, customs fees and return-shipping costs are not included in store credit unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products must be reported in accordance with the timelines and instructions in our Returns, Refunds & Store Credit Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Order Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation before the order enters processing, production or fulfilment.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has been prepared, fulfilled or shipped, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled.

Any cancellation rights provided by applicable consumer-protection law continue to apply.

10. Promotions, Discount Codes and Gift Cards

Promotions, offers and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, expiry dates, product restrictions or minimum-purchase requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Discount codes cannot be combined.
• Discounts have no cash value.
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
• Promotions may be changed or withdrawn before an eligible order is placed.
• Gift cards and store credits cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

We may refuse or cancel the misuse, unauthorized duplication or fraudulent use of a discount, gift card, promotional offer or store credit.
